For most organisations I simply ask that you send me information about yourselves. It may be programmes of events, what you do, where you meet, your purpose and so on. You may already have seen web sites that you like or are similar to yours and so you may be able to describe colours schemes or designs which you may like to incorporate. You may already have a web site but wish to change. In that case I also take the information and images from that site.

I create a draft site which you then view. We then work together in forming the site into a finished product. I can't promise I can do everything for you (after all it is free!) but so far everyone has been delighted with the final site. The package includes hosting, domain name selection, content management, database backups, training guides, help desk support and other housekeeping duties. It means that you don't need to worry about getting the site up and running or ongoing maintenance and support, it's all done for you.

It's free but I charge a small annual to cover the domain name, web hosting and other costs that I incur. For particularly deserving causes I charge absolutely nothing.

And it doesn't stop there. I can add all sorts of additional functionality, for example:
